LIMITED MATTRESS WARRANTY – POLYSLEEP BABY MATTRESS
Your new Polysleep Baby Mattress is covered by a five (5) year limited mattress warranty (the “Limited Mattress Warranty”).
This Limited Mattress Warranty extends only to the original purchasing consumer of any Polysleep Baby Mattress. The “original purchasing consumer,” for the purposes of this Limited Mattress Warranty, is the first purchaser of the mattress from Polysleep Inc. (“Polysleep”) or one of its authorized retailers in Canada.
You must provide a copy of your original receipt or other valid documentation indicating the date, place of purchase, and purchase price. This Limited Mattress Warranty is non-transferable.
Polysleep warrants the Baby Mattress, in its original packaging, against defects in materials and workmanship as described below (“Defects”) for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase, provided it is used normally for its intended purpose — as a baby or toddler sleep surface that complies with the safety standards outlined by Health Canada.
There can be a tolerance of up to ±4 centimetres (1.5 in) in quoted measurements and the size of the mattress itself.
For five (5) years from the original date of purchase, if your Polysleep Baby Mattress develops a defect covered under this Limited Mattress Warranty, we will offer a one-time repair or replacement. This includes all parts of the mattress. There are no fees or deductibles applicable.
THIS LIMITED MATTRESS WARRANTY COVERS:
Deterioration causing the Polysleep Baby Mattress to have a visible indentation greater than half an inch (1.25 cm) that is not associated with improper use, storage, or support.
Any physical flaw in the foam core causing it to split or crack despite normal use and proper handling.
Any defect in the zipper or cover assembly. Polysleep may decide, at its sole discretion, to repair or replace the cover provided with the mattress.
THIS LIMITED MATTRESS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
Normal changes in foam firmness that do not affect performance or support.
Comfort preferences or perceived firmness level.
Damage or defects resulting from:
Use on an improper surface (the mattress must be placed on a firm, flat, and fully supportive crib base).
Exposure to excess moisture, mold, or mildew due to inadequate ventilation or water damage.
Physical abuse or damage (burns, cuts, tears, stains, or liquid damage).
Cleaning or sanitization methods that do not follow the instructions on the care label.
Mattresses sold “as-is,” “floor samples,” or previously owned.
Mattresses purchased from unauthorized retailers.
IMPORTANT SAFETY AND CLEANLINESS NOTE
This warranty will be void if the mattress is returned with visible stains, mold, or in an unsanitary condition, as these pose a safety risk and violate Health Canada’s hygiene standards for infant sleep products.
To maintain warranty validity:
Always use the mattress on a firm, flat, and well-ventilated surface designed for crib or toddler bed use.
Keep the mattress dry and protected using a breathable, waterproof crib mattress cover.
Avoid exposing the mattress to excessive humidity or direct heat.
REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR PROCESS
At Polysleep’s discretion, the defective mattress will either be repaired or replaced with an equivalent model.
If the exact model is unavailable, Polysleep reserves the right to substitute a comparable mattress model of similar or higher quality.
All transportation costs associated with repairs or replacements are the responsibility of the purchaser.
The replacement product remains covered under the original Limited Mattress Warranty from the date of the initial purchase.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
To initiate a warranty claim:

Provide your proof of purchase, clear photos of the issue, and a description of the defect to expedite processing.
Polysleep reserves the right to verify your claim by sending an expert to inspect the mattress.
Warranty claims are valid only within the original country of delivery.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the mattress is provided “as is,” and this Limited Mattress Warranty and any implied warranties are your exclusive warranties and replace all other warranties or conditions, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polysleep or its suppliers shall not be liable for the purchase of substitute products or any other special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the mattress or its use.
Polysleep’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the Polysleep Baby Mattress.
GOVERNING LAW
This Limited Mattress Warranty is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, and complies with the applicable provisions of the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act.
