LIMITED WARRANTY – SIERRA PILLOW
Your new Polysleep Sierra Pillow is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty (the “Limited Pillow Warranty”).
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchasing consumer of any Polysleep Sierra Pillow.
The “original purchasing consumer” refers to the first purchaser of the pillow from Polysleep Inc. (“Polysleep”) or one of its authorized dealers in Canada.
You must provide a copy of your original receipt or valid proof of the date, place, and price of purchase.
This Limited Pillow Warranty is non-transferable.
Polysleep warrants the Sierra Pillow, in its original packaging, against defects in materials and workmanship as defined below (“Defects”) for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, provided the pillow is used normally for its intended purpose — as a residential bedding accessory.
If, within this period, your Sierra Pillow is found to have a defect covered under this Limited Warranty, Polysleep will offer a one-time repair or replacement of the pillow at no cost to you.
This warranty covers all components of the pillow.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS:
Any physical flaw in the shredded memory foam fill that causes abnormal degradation, crumbling, or loss of support under normal use and proper care.
Any manufacturing defect in the 100% polyester cover, including seams or fabric, when handled and maintained according to the care instructions.
Polysleep may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace only the cover or the entire pillow, depending on the nature of the defect.
ABOUT THE ZIPPER (SAFETY FEATURE)
For safety reasons, and to prevent any choking hazard, the Sierra Pillow’s zipper does not include a pull tab.
This design is intentional and compliant with Canadian product safety standards.
The absence of a pull tab or zipper handle is not a defect and is not covered under this warranty.
To open the cover safely, you may insert a paperclip or a thin piece of string through the zipper slider’s opening to gently move it along the track.
Do not force the zipper or attempt to permanently attach a metal or plastic pull tab, as this may damage the zipper and void your warranty.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
Normal changes in foam softness or fill volume that do not affect the pillow’s intended comfort performance.
Personal comfort or loft preferences.
Physical damage to the pillow structure or cover, including but not limited to burns, cuts, tears, stains, liquid damage, or discoloration.
Damage caused by improper washing or cleaning methods not in accordance with the care instructions provided on the product label.
Damage caused by transportation or handling after initial delivery.
Pillows sold “as is,” “floor samples,” or previously used.
Pillows purchased from unauthorized retailers.
Damage to the foam or fill caused during cover removal.
Any modification or removal of the original zipper mechanism, including attempts to replace or alter the pull tab.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
If you notice a defect, please contact Polysleep within the warranty period at 1-844-869-7659 or by email at [email protected].
You must provide your proof of purchase (including purchase date) and photos of the defect.
Polysleep reserves the right to verify your claim by requesting additional information or conducting an inspection.
To obtain warranty service, you may be required to return your Sierra Pillow or its cover to Polysleep as instructed by Customer Support.
Transportation costs associated with returns, repairs, or replacements are the responsibility of the consumer.
EXCHANGE POLICY
During the thirty (30) night trial period, if you wish to exchange your Sierra Pillow for another size, you may do so once, by paying any price difference between the original and replacement item, if applicable.
The exchanged pillow remains covered under the original one (1) year warranty from the date of the initial purchase.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Sierra Pillow is provided “as is.”
This Limited Warranty and any implied warranties are your exclusive warranties and replace all other express or implied warranties or conditions.
Polysleep and its suppliers shall not be liable for the purchase of replacement products or any other special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of the Sierra Pillow or its components.
In any case, Polysleep’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the Sierra Pillow.
GOVERNING LAW
This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
